Fini-Homes - LOCATION

Fini-Homes is located at #80 Ramon Delfin St., Marulas, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila

Although Valenzuela City is not as exciting or as vibrant as Makati, its close proximity to the North Luzon Expressway virtually guarantees that it will grow at an exponential rate in the next couple of years. Even though Valenzuela is not as modern as the other metropolises, it still provides the same kinds of services, and with the same quality to boot. Furthermore, you can have access to all of them when you live in Fini-Homes.

If you have children, you are in luck because there are dozens of different private and public schools where you can enroll them. There is the San Miguel Heights Elementary, which is less than a kilometer away, the Sto. Rosario Montessori that is even closer, as well as the Marulas Central School that is within walking distance from the front gate of Fini-Homes.

If you have college-aged kids, there are also a couple of fine educational institutions that are nearby, like the Our Lady of Fatima University that is just minutes from the condominium. You can also find the University of the East Caloocan Campus, which is just a couple of jeepney rides away.

Regarding hospitals and medical centers, you will find quite a number of them that are literally minutes away from Fini-Homes. For basic to moderate healthcare needs, you can go to the Calalang General Hospital, which is less than half a kilometer away from the main gate of the compound. Our Lady of Fatima University also has its own hospital in the campus grounds. This one is quite easy to go to because it is located right beside the main highway, so you will have no problem getting there in case of emergencies.

You will also find many smaller clinics within a kilometer radius of Fini-Homes. The clinics range from general practitioners, dental clinics, and other medical centers of different specializations. Aside from the schools and hospitals, another thing that prospective homeowners look for when searching for a new place to call home is its proximity to commercial establishments.

A short jeepney ride from the main gate of the compound and you will find SM Hypermart Valenzuela, a little further down the highway and you will reach another SM Hypermart, this time in Caloocan City. If you ride the bus that is bound for Makati (more on public transportation later), you will reach the exponentially bigger SM City North EDSA where you can shop until you drop.

Aside from malls and supermarkets, it is also possible for you to search for a couple of clean marketplaces near Fini-Homes where you can buy fresh seafood, meat and poultry, and vegetables at affordable prices. Public transportation will never be an issue when you live in Fini-Homes. There are buses, jeepneys, and even tricycles plying the nearby roads at all times of the day.

Although it will take a couple of years from now, there is a proposed elevated railway system that will be cutting through Valenzuela and wind into the other neighboring cities, and one of its stations is supposedly going to be constructed close to the exact location of Fini-Homes.
