Valenzuela City might not be as modern and busy as the popular cities of Makati, Taguig, and Quezon, but it does have its own charm. In fact, it continues to go up the ranks. If you want to own a piece of this growing city before property prices get too high, you should avail of one of the units in the Fini-Homes condominium compound.
Finbar Realty and Development Corporation is a relative newcomer in the real estate industry, but that does not mean that their vision is not set high. Their first foray at developing real estate in Metro Manila is quite ambitious. Fini-Homes is composed of more than a dozen residential buildings spread across a wide 2.3-hectare area. These buildings have different designs inspired by architecture from all over the world. The buildings in the compound range from small two stories to six, and all of them are enclosed in a secure perimeter wall to keep all of the occupants safe.
When you purchase a unit in Fini-Homes, you do not have to do anything else but move in because they all come fully furnished. All of the units are all completely painted, tiled floors, tiled kitchen counters with drop-in sinks, and tiled and painted bathrooms. Each unit also comes with provisions for washing machines, air conditioners, exhaust fans, and phone, cable TV and internet connections.
The smallest available unit that you can avail of in Fini-Homes is the 1-BR loft, which measures just around 16 sq. m. These units are quite small, just about the same size a typical room. However, you can also expect these units to have mezzanine floors, thus, almost doubling the available floor area.
On the first level of these units, you can fit a small living area (a three to four person couch might fit), a small dining set for two people, and a small but completely adequate kitchen area. On the mezzanine floor of the unit, you can fit a queen-sized bed and a few end tables to make your bedroom area a bit more comfortable.
The next biggest unit that you can get is the 2-BR option that has 32 sq. m of total floor area. This kind of condominium unit is actually big enough for a small family. These units have one large Master’s bedroom that can fit a king-sized bed and a couple of basic bedroom furniture, and another bedroom that can fit a twin-sized bed. You can also squeeze a double-decker bedframe so two people can make it their room. Furthermore, the unit has enough room for a basic living area, a dining set for four people, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The next step up is the 3-BR loft unit. This option has a floor area of 52 sq. m, which seems too small to fit three bedrooms. However, the unit does have a loft area where you can find the Master’s bedroom and one of the other two bedrooms. On the ground level of the unit, you will find the third bedroom located underneath the Master’s BR, a more spacious living and dining areas, and the kitchen. This model unit is great for families with up to six members (you can fit two twin beds in one of the bedrooms, and a double-decker twin frame in the other). The rather small floor area might seem deceiving but it is actually an average-sized home.
The last option in the list is the 3-BR regular unit. These units actually have a smaller floor area than the 3-BR loft units at just 48 sq. m, but the designers did a great job in making the floor plan as it efficiently uses all available floor space. These units have a Master’s bedroom, another similarly sized bedroom, and a smaller bedroom that can only fit a twin-sized bedframe. Although these units are smaller than the loft units are, they do have the same sized living and dining areas. This unit is actually good for a medium-sized family, like one with three children, since one of the bedrooms is more than big enough for two people.
All of the units come with a complete bathroom but you can also find some differences between the different model units. In the 1-BR loft and 2-BR units, the toilet and shower areas are enclosed in a single room but for both 3-BR units, the toilet area is separate from the shower room.
The great thing about Fini-Homes is their model units are quite affordable compared to other condominiums. Prices start at P900k and go up to P2.6M, which is actually quite a good deal considering all of the amenities that the condominium complex has to offer.
